SMART technology is a blend of several areas of A.I., that are synergistic in their implementation and application: Case Based Reasoning, Document Clustering and Natural Language Processing.
There are three working demonstrations on this page, that you can access by the links to the right. The first is a diagnostic casebase that illustrates the use of Case Based Reasoning in a support center by diagnosing common printer problems. It is available in both English and Simplified Chinese.
The second case base illustrates the use of Case Based Reasoning in a general health related system, one that might be deployed to address rural health care problems in developing countries. This case base was automatically generated by our document clustering system from a corpus provided by Health Point.
Finally, we demonstrate document clustering and our collation module in a meta-search application. This is a general search and it is important to note that using NLP techniques we can tune searching to domain specific searches.
As you'll notice, we have not provided instructions on the use of the system .. it's that easy to use. However if you are unsure, there is a help option at the top of the screen.
